Service Description
Offer support related to housing, mental health, addictions, crisis support, employment, income, and other confidential needs. Outreach workers provide:
- Brief Counselling – Provide supportive listening and brief counselling
- Referrals – Connect individuals to support services in the community
- Assistance – Help individuals navigate through policies and procedures of community organizations.
Eligibility
Anyone who needs assistance with a difficult or sensitive personal issue, who is wondering where to turn for support or just wants to talk.
