Service Description

Support from an Outreach Worker related to housing, mental health, addictions, crisis support, employment, income, or other confidential and important needs is available in-person or by phone. Outreach Workers can:

  • Connect you to support services in the community through referrals
  • Help you navigate through policies and procedures of community organizations
  • Provide supportive listening and brief counselling.

Eligibility

Anyone who needs assistance with a difficult or sensitive personal issue, who is wondering where to turn for support or just wants to talk.
