Eligibility

You must be legally divorced and not just separated from your spouse in order to obtain a copy of your certificate of divorce.

Application Process

A certified copy of a certificate of divorce may be obtained by writing to, or attending in person, the courthouse where your divorce was granted.

Documents Required

Photo ID may be required to look at your file.

Fees

$10 for the certified copy.
