Service Description

Provides services that assist Indigenous adults and youth in conflict with the law. Aboriginal court workers help to ensure that Indigenous people who are alleged to have committed a criminal offence receive fair and just treatment before the courts. Eligibility

Indigenous people in conflict with the law are eligible for Courtwork services regardless of their status, age or residency.
