Service Description

Provides an opportunity for immigrant women to share, create, and learn through workshops. Includes:

  • Conversation circles and life skills training
  • Referral and education to access community services
  • Building relationships and sharing experiences in a safe environment
  • Art activities with professional art instructors
  • Free child care while mothers attend the workshops.

Run through a partnership with the MacKenzie Art Gallery.
 

Eligibility

Immigrant women (Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, Refugee Status, Visitors, and Work Permit holders).
