Long-term clients are those individuals who have a mental disorder which has resulted in hospitalization or a significant loss of social functioning for over 18 months including those who have been acutely ill or traumatized and are at risk of developing long term disabilities.
Application Process
Referrals to the program may be by individuals themselves, physicians, and court mandated professionals. Contact the Regional Centralized Intake.
