Provides multilingual information and referral regarding community services including health, social, and government services, via:

  • Phone (dial 2-1-1) (24/7)
    • If you need to reach 211 but cannot dial 2-1-1 and have reported the problem to 211 Ontario, use the “Regional Service Partner” number in the appropriate region, available online.
  • Online Chat Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 9:00 pm (regular business days).
