- Phone (dial 2-1-1) (24/7)
- If you need to reach 211 but cannot dial 2-1-1 and have reported the problem to 211 Ontario, use the “Regional Service Partner” number in the appropriate region, available online.
- Online Chat Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 9:00 pm (regular business days).
