Provides 24-hour information and referral to community, social, health, and government-related services in Alberta.

Chat and text (2-1-1) service is available Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Phone service (call 2-1-1) is available 24/7.

Referrals may include resources for: childcare and parenting; government subsidies; free and low cost events/entertainment; employment; donations/volunteer opportunities; addictions; legal services; counselling/support groups; education; family and domestic violence issues; basic needs; immigrant/newcomer services; medical concerns; mental health issues; youth programs; and more.
