Service Description
Offers three distinct day programs in Wilkie, Biggar and Unity that offer services based on individual’s needs and that are organized activities during weekday hours that are targeted at meeting the needs of the individual. These two programs support 20 individuals and provide activities such as:
- Volunteering
 - Supported employment
 - Life and social skills
 - Crafts and games
 - Eating and entertainment
 - Creative sensory options for stimulation, relaxation, tactile and range of motion exercises.
 
Eligibility
Individuals with intellectual disabilities and individuals who fall into the Community Living Service Delivery's mandate.
Application Process
Contact Community Living Services Delivery of the Ministry of Social Services or contact local office.
Documents Required
A standardized application form will need to be filled out which includes a medical report to be signed by the individual's physician.
Fees
Spaces in the homes are funded by the Ministry of Social Services and there are no fees to the individual.

Transportation: within the Wilkie location have two vehicles available for rent. The rental cost is $.80 per kilometer or a minimum of $25. * A $200 damage deposit is required in the event of an accident.
