Service Description
An anger management education program which educates young people on the skills associated with building effective relationships. Provides information and activities to enhance skills of communication; including:
- identifying & expressing emotions
- recognizing & managing anger responses
- understanding self-talk
- learning problem solving techniques.
Eligibility
Teens 14 - 17 years of age.
Application Process
By referral. Referrals can be made by Corrections and Public Safety, John Howard Society, RAMP, alternative schools, and families. Call to make a referral.
