Service Description
Offers virtual and in-person programs/services to empower and uplift women and their families.
Key focus areas include:
- Emotional and Mental Health Support by offering counselling services, support groups, teen mom support programs, and workshops to address specific issues
- Education and Skill Development through pre-employment training sessions, monthly webinars series, leadership training sessions, parenting education, life skills and financial literacy training to promote independence and self-sufficiency
- Community Engagement and Networking through events and forums allowing women to share their experiences, exchange knowledge and build lasting connections
- Advocacy to amplify the voices of women and advocate for their rights
Eligibility
Women and teenagers - status: Permanent Resident; Citizen; International; Temporary; Refugees; Newcomers; Indigenous; Protected persons.
