Service Description
Provides access to sound nutritional knowledge for all residents of the region. Services include:
- Individual nutrition counselling at several locations throughout the region
- Group education on nutrition topics as requested by organizations
- Home visits when required
- Resource person on nutrition related topics for other health care workers.

Eligibility
Must be a resident of the Health Region.
Application Process
Self referral, physician referral, or referral from other health care providers (homecare, public health, nurses).
