Service Description
Offers a 24-hour, semi-independent, supported living environment designed for individuals who are ready to live independently in the community but benefit from additional structured support onsite. 24/7 staffing is available onsite within the apartment style complex, and individuals receive dedicated one-on-one community support hours based on their needs.
