Service Description
Community Support Workers meet participants where they are and provide access to treatment and support from within the community. The Community Support team tailors support to the person and may include:
- advocacy with legal issues,
- employment or living arrangements,
- fundamental living habits such as meal planning, grocery shopping, basic hygiene, and personal presentation
- money-management skills,
- access to appropriate and healthy recreation.
