Service Description

Offers a multidisciplinary, person-centred approach that helps youth and adults living with mental illness achieve stability, renewed well-being, and skills needed for independent living. Includes Director of Integrated Behaviour Analysis, Senior Clinical Case Manager, and multiple therapists.

A clinician reviews participant history to make a well-informed support plan. When someone is identified as needing talk therapy, intensive clinical support, or has ongoing clinical needs, the Intake or Case Manager flags the need and funds are requested.
