Service Description
Offers virtual and in-person pre-employment and business development programs/services, including:
• Employment readiness and job maintenance training: Equipping individuals with skills to secure and retain meaningful employment.
• Career mentorship and action plan: Personalized guidance to help participants identify goals and create strategies for career success.
• Entrepreneurial competency and business education: Training on starting, managing, and growing a business with confidence.
• Professional development and leadership training: Enhancing workplace skills and preparing individuals for leadership roles.
• Computer and digital literacy fundamentals: Teaching essential technology skills for today’s job market
• Employment Support webinar series: Interactive sessions covering various topics to support job seekers in their journey.
• Work placement or career coaching: Providing practical experience or one-on-one coaching to enhance employability.
• Volunteer work opportunities: Offering hands-on experience to build skills and strengthen resumes.
Eligibility
Youth 14+ and adults looking to change careers, start their journey towards employment, youth and adults who aspire to become an entrepreneur, or individuals who recently arrived in Canada.

It is required to make an appointment for a virtual or in-person meeting to understand your current situation and get to know your skills and previous experiences.
