Service Description
Provides mental health support, clinical counselling, and trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and families (especially those from Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour households) to overcome challenges, improve their emotional resilience and lead fulfilling lives. Offers individual and family counselling sessions for clients who need help with:
• Anger management
• Dealing with stress and depression
• Changing negative habits
• Relationship therapy
• Improving communications
• Managing loss/grief
• Parenting
• Separation/divorce
• Loneliness
• Experiencing suicidal thoughts
• Sexuality concerns
• Troubling phobias/fears
• And any other challenges.
Eligibility
Children, Adults or Family; status: citizens, permanent resident, temporary resident (international students/visitor/worker).
