Service Description

A project designed to assist survivors of sexual violence by providing up to four hours of no-fee, legal information and advice to help them understand and exercise their legal options, in areas such as civil, family, labour, human rights, immigration and criminal law. NOTE: To be eligible, the sexual violence must have taken place in Saskatchewan. The incident can be something that happened in the past and does not have to be reported to the police for individuals to qualify.

Survivors of sexual violence in Saskatchewan. This may include children and adults.
