Service Description
Provides supportive living for foster children with complex medical needs as a long-term solution for housing. In these homes they provide 24 hour nursing care as well as physical, occupational and/or speech therapy. Staff ensure that children are taken to all of their appointments and treatments from audiologists, dentists, surgeons or any other outside professionals.
Hope’s Home has recreation programmers, who design fun and educational indoor and outdoor activities, as well as plan outings into the community for the children. Staff at Hope’s Home become these children’s families, and provide them with the love and support they need.
Funded by the Ministry of Social Services, each works hard together to provide a permanent home for children so they can grow up with the Hope’s Home family who love and care for them throughout their developing years.
