Service Description

Supports individuals with intellectual disabilities, allowing them to live in their own homes with staff support in the following areas:

  • Grocery shopping
  • Finances
  • Meal planning and preparation
  • Housekeeping
  • Appointments
  • Employment
  • Social and recreational activities
  • Medication
  • Basic living skills

Eligibility

Adults with intellectual disabilities.
