Service Description

Employment support, coaching and referrals for people with disabilities, barriers and challenges to employment. Personal advisors work one-on-one with clients to assist them in idenitifying their strengths, skills, interests and values, and help them with goal setting, job readiness and education. 

Clients are given support to access resources available to them, such as Mental Health Services, Family Services, Addictions Counselling, Literacy Programs and Driver Training Instruction. Job coaches may offer on and off-site support to both the employer and employee. Call 306-224-4415 or email ind.fut@sasktel.net for more information.

Eligibility

Those experiencing barriers such as mental health issues or physical disabilities., 16 years and older, who is eligible to work in Canada.

Application Process

Self refer or be referred by family or agencies such as mental health, social services, justice, schools.
