Service Description
Offers driver education for newcomer adults. Provides:
- In-class driver instruction – Includes the basics of driving, as well as traffic and sign knowledge. Held every four to six weeks on Saturdays.
- In-car sessions – Provides contact information for driver instructors
- Financial support – For required fees.
Newcomers an register for in-class driving lessons at the Welcome Centre.
Eligibility
Refugees and immigrants seeking a driver's licence.
Application Process
A sign-up sheet is available at the Welcome Centre.
