Service Description

Provides employment services for refugees and immigrants, including:

  • Goal setting, career planning, and job searching
  • Support, knowledge, and resources to newcomers to find employment
  • Preparation workshops and resume/cover letter developing skills
  • Referrals to employment services in the local and rural areas
  • One-on-one or group professional guidance to discuss employment focus, training, or academic services
  • Help for those who obtained education outside of Canada, how to apply for credential assessments and recognition
  • Facilitation of newcomer integration into the labour market and settlement.

Eligibility

Immigrants and refugees residing in Southwest Saskatchewan.
