Service Description
Provides employment services for refugees and immigrants, including:
- Goal setting, career planning, and job searching
- Support, knowledge, and resources to newcomers to find employment
- Preparation workshops and resume/cover letter developing skills
- Referrals to employment services in the local and rural areas
- One-on-one or group professional guidance to discuss employment focus, training, or academic services
- Help for those who obtained education outside of Canada, how to apply for credential assessments and recognition
- Facilitation of newcomer integration into the labour market and settlement.
Eligibility
Immigrants and refugees residing in Southwest Saskatchewan.
