Service Description
A free program to help manage addictive and problematic behaviours, operated through in-person or online groups. Trained volunteer facilitators lead the discussions.
- Supports individuals to:
- build and maintain motivation
- cope with urges and cravings
- manage thoughts, feelings and behaviours
- live a balanced life
- Not a twelve-step program
- Based on cognitive/behavioural methods
Also provides meetings for:
- Family & Friends
- People currently involved in the criminal justice system (InsideOut program)
- Military, Veterans, & First Responders
- Youth & Teens
- LGBTQIA+
