Service Description

A free service that provides support to youth ages 11 – 18 years who are currently not making adequate attendance rates or are not registered for school at all due to difficult circumstances. Program develops life skills needed to attend and be successful in their learning environment and knowledge in areas of personal well-being, self-esteem, emotional regulation, anger management, anxiety, stress, and motivation. Breakfast and lunch are provided. Support provided may include:

  • homework help,
  • school tours,
  • applying to school, 
  • communication skills, 
  • and help connecting with other programs. 

Eligibility

Youth, ages 11 - 19 years, who are currently not making adequate attendance rates or are not registered for school at all due to difficult circumstances.

Referral form available to complete online.
