Service Description
Provides housing and support for youth (ages 16 – 21) who are referred by the Ministry of Social Services (MSS). Youth in the program commit to case planning, goal-setting, and life skills development as they transition to independent living. Participants receive daily guidance in the areas of maintaining independent housing, education, employment and personal growth.
Eligibility
Youth 16 - 21 years of age, who are currently involved with the Ministry of Social Services.
