Service Description

Voluntary program that provides supports and services to hard to serve youth who are absent from Ministry of Social Services Care and in circumstances that endanger their health, safety and wellbeing.

Services include outreach, intensive case planning, weekly circles with identified resources, and pro-social activities and programming. Services focus on connecting with youth to assess their risks and needs, and develop a safety plan that meets their basic needs and provides interim safety.

Eligibility

Youth who are absent from Ministry of Social Services Care.
