Service Description
Provides male youth aged 16 – 21 years, a long-term home with referrals from the Ministry of Social Services. Youth come to the home with a higher level of commitment to case planning, goal-setting, life skills development and long-term planning. Youth are supported in their decision-making process, navigating the education system, developing employment skills, and securing meaningful employment. Residence location is private – details provided upon application/intake.
Eligibility
Male youth 16 - 21 years of age involved with criminal justice or child welfare system.
Application Process
Referred by the Ministry of Social Services.
