Service Description

Program designed to increase service provisions to adult male offenders leaving incarceration. Assists in reducing recidivism for offenders in the program while also increasing community safety during this transition. Involves a client-centred case plan and individualized approach to each client. Includes:

  • Preparing the client for reconnection with the community
  • Preparing the community for reconnection with the client by establishing linkages with organizations and individuals that can address know risk areas
  • Facilitating and monitoring the client’s reconnection with the community.

Eligibility

Male offenders reintegrating into the community.

Application Process

Referred to the program by the Ministry of Justice and the crown prosecutor.
