Service Description

Offers hundreds of affordable recreation and leisure programs to keep people of all ages and abilities active, engaged, and learning throughout the year. An online Leisure Guide is published multiple times a year and lists all of the recreational services available.

  • Through the Affordable Access Program, eligible individuals/families can purchase Leisure Passes for 50% off the regular price and can participate in registered programs at 80% off the regular price (to a maximum of $160 discount per family member).

Application Process

Three ways to register for City of Regina leisure programs:
- Online: visit Regina Recreation Online
- Phone: call the PlayLine at 306-777-7529 (306-777-PLAY)
- In Person: visit the Fieldhouse, Lawson Aquatic Centre, Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre, North West Leisure Centre, or Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre to register at the information desk.
