Service Description
A transitional apartment complex designed to support youth (ages 16 – 21)) who have aged out of the Ministry of Social Services care and who require continued support along with affordable housing. Offers youth a stable and nurturing environment where they can continue to develop their life skills while preparing for independent living.
Participants receive daily guidance in the areas of maintaining independent housing, education, employment and personal growth.
Eligibility
Male and female youth, 16 - 21 years of age, who are in the care of the Ministry of Social Services. All program placements are referred through the Ministry of Social Services.
