Service Description

An online booking tool that connects individuals to a range of supports, including mental health and family counselling, family and young parent supports, youth employment programs, and perinatal / postpartum mental health assistance. Visit the website to view and request services.

Offered as a collaboration between Regina community-based organizations committed to reducing barriers that hinder access to crucial services, as well as reducing lengthy wait times that make it difficult to access essential mental health and community support resources. This initiative is led by Family Service Regina with the following partner organizations: CFS Regina, Regina Early Learning Centre, and Regina Work Preparation Centre.

Eligibility

Children, youth, parents, families and caregivers who access services in Regina. Note: the counselling services prioritize individuals who lack access to workplace benefits, live on a fixed or limited income, and typically experience long wait times for publicly funded services. Individuals may request service for a family member or loved one if they are aware of the services being offered and agree to attending prior to booking on their behalf.

Application Process

Visit the website to view services available; select "Request Service"; submit brief information on the secure site and choose an appointment time that works for you. You will receive an email confirmation with the details about the appointment you booked. Submit questions via the Contact & Support page.
