Service Description
Provides a standard pre-employment, pre-volunteer check for any criminal offenses of an individual who resides in Regina.
New online service is available (Estimated turnaround time is 14 calendar days for online service. Results of the check will be mailed to the applicant only.) If a ‘Local Police Records Check’ is needed as part of the Record Suspension (Pardon) application process, do NOT use the online service as it is not appropriate for this purpose.
Eligibility
Must reside in Regina.
Application Process
In person or online. For online checks, estimated turnaround time is 14 calendar days.
Documents Required
Must have two pieces of government-issued identification (one with full date of birth and photograph). Also, may be required to have a letter from the volunteer organization.
Fees
Employment/Work Related - $45
Volunteer - $10
*All online checks require an additional $9.95 processing/authentication fee + applicable taxes. (Applicants may pay more dependent on type of check)
