Service Description

Offers free quick access to brief in-person or virtual (phone or video) mental health services for individuals, couples, and families.

  • Provides supports and resources for individuals in the aftermath of a suicide or suicide attempt to support the healing process, explore grief and distress, and address the potential risk of suicide among those affected by the event.
  • Services are provided by professional counsellors who hold education in the counselling and mental health field and who are licensed with a professional regulatory body to provide this service.
  • Delivered through a partnership of member agencies in communities across Saskatchewan.
  • In-person sessions available in Regina, Saskatoon, Humboldt, and Prince Albert.

Eligibility

Saskatchewan residents (individuals, couples, and families) impacted by suicide loss.
