Service Description
Provides a consistent, one-on-one, volunteer to support those facing death and their caregivers. Clients can stay in their own homes and are supported as their needs change, with non-medical care.
Eligibility
Anyone who is deemed palliative and is no longer receiving curative treatment for an illness within Saskatoon.
Application Process
Referrals can come from self, family or health care team. Call the office 306-249-5554 to start the referral process.
