Service Description
Provides supports to adults in receiving an FASD assessment and diagnosis.
- Assessment/diagnostic services are based on the Canadian Clinical Guidelines for FASD diagnosis and can include medical, cognitive, behavior, communication and adaptive functioning assessments completed by a multidisciplinary team.
Eligibility
Individuals living with FASD.
