Service Description

Provides support to residents living in a home of their choice in the community. Capacity for 52 individuals. Includes:

  • 24 hour on-call support
  • support provided based on needs assessment, which may include skills of daily living, medication management, financial trusteeship, leisure/social activities, psychiatric support, crisis intervention, etc.
  • a range of services from outreach (minimal) to moderate levels of support
  • staff support available Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm  

Eligibility

Persons with long-term mental illness.

Referrals made by Community Recovery Services at the Regina Mental Health Clinic. Call 306-766-7800 to speak to intake and receive further information.
