Service Description

A supportive independent living building that provides housing for up to 39 individuals. 31 residents are referred through the the Mental Health Clinic with a complex mental health diagnosis. Services include:  

  • 24 hour staffing on site,
  • high to moderate level support for long-term supportive housing,
  • support provided based on needs assessment, which may include skills of daily living, life skills classes, food services, etc.
  • medication managemen and financial trustee services,
  • addiction recovery services and other programs for concurrent disorders

Eight beds are reserved for the Community Living Service Delivery program through the Ministry of Social Services. Residents receive:

  • support in attending appointments/programming,
  • budgeting,
  • cooking groups,
  • recreation groups,
  • life skills building.

Eligibility

Individuals with a complex mental health diagnosis.
