Service Description

Provides both in-home and mobile personal response services that are available 24/7 hours in the event of an emergency. Additional options include automatic fall detection and wireless service if there is no home phone service, as well as an Access Switch for those with limited ability and/or physical challenges. Options also available for those at risk of wandering.

Eligibility

Persons with chronic conditions, mobility problems, visual impairments, those who are at risk of falling, safety, those who are recovering after discharge from the hospital, or older adults who wish to continue to live independently.
