Service Description
Provincially licensed, privately-run and operated home that provides lodging, meals, and assistance with, or supervision of, daily living. Facility has 15 suites.
Includes:
- Suites with hospital bed, private bathroom, common kitchen and living area, full access to dining room, and recreation activities in Broadway Terrace
- Care Partner Team led by a registered nurse with a team of personal support workers and recreation specialists who will assist with daily needs.
- Staffing is 24/7 in accordance with Personal Care Home Regulations.
- Provides Level 1 and Level 2 care.
Transportation not provided; city transit bus stop near front of building.
