Service Description
A transitional living program that provides a safe place for men to live and start building a sense of “being at home.” Supports clients in finding resources that will enable them to find affordable, appropriate, and permanent housing, and develop the community support they need. Facility includes:
- Fully furnished private rooms,
- laundry room,
- shared kitchen areas and lounges,
- case management,
- spiritual care support,
- volunteer opportunities,
- gardening,
- woodworking projects,
- outings,
- support to achieve goals.
Eligibility
Men, 18 years of age or older.
