Service Description

Program that provides support to individuals who have experienced, or are at-risk of experiencing, interpersonal violence in their lives. This may include domestic violence between partners, or family violence that is impacting the entire family unit. Crisis workers help individuals increase their physical and emotional safety. Situations may include:

  • Physical Abuse
  • Mental Abuse
  • Emotional Abuse
  • Verbal Abuse
  • Financial Abuse.

NEED HELP: Services are available in the office or in the individual’s home or community. Assistance to leave a domestic violence is always available 24/7 and includes transportation to a safe shelter.

Eligibility

Individuals who have experienced, or are at-risk of experiencing, interpersonal violence in their lives.

Application Process

Intakes are ongoing and individuals will be contacted within the same day by the crisis worker. Complete an intake by calling 306-682-4135 or complete the online Intake Form. Service providers can complete the online Referral Form.
