Service Description
Shelter that provides single-room-style residence for individuals entering or leaving treatment facilities. Professional, designated staff provide support 24 hours a day to ensure that clients are secure and well-supported.
Meals, housekeeping, trusteeship and laundry are provided to those who require these services. Prompting, teaching and supervision of personal care is also provided. Emphasis is to help individuals build skills and resources so that they can live as independently as possible in the community.
Eligibility
Individuals living with mental health disorders. - Geared for individuals who are entering or leaving an inpatient facility - The program may also be used as an alternative to hospitalization for individuals living in the community who are struggling with maintaining their psychiatric stability.
