Service Description

A registered Social Worker supports and connects those using opioids or those who know someone using opioids with appropriate resources to help address their needs, including (but not limited to): 

  • Connection to a Peer Support Worker
  • Assistance getting into addictions treatment and recovery programs
  • Help with housing, food, and clothing
  • Referrals to other agencies or medical professionals
  • Physical and mental health supports
  • Advocacy
  • Training on risks associated with opioid use and how to respond to an overdose situation

Eligibility

Individuals with opioid addiction.
