Service Description
A program that assists those using opioids while living in the community. Registered social workers provide support and connect clients with the appropriate resources to help address their needs. This may include:
- Housing supports
- Physical and mental health supports
- Addictions treatment
- Recovery programs
- Food and clothing resources
- Peer support worker
- Education and more.
Eligibility
Individuals with opioid addiction.
