Service Description
Canadian Armed Forces has a number of paid education programs to prepare students for a career in Canada’s military.
- To qualify for paid education, you must first join the CAF.
- Qualified students get tuition and fees for education covered, including all the textbooks and supplies needed.
- Students will earn an annual salary and benefits package including health, dental, vision care and more.
- After graduation from one of the paid education programs, a job is guaranteed in the field of study with the Canadian Armed Forces.

Eligibility
To qualify for admission to the Canadian Armed Forces and a paid education plan, you must:
- Be a Canadian Citizen
- Meet the minimum medical standard required for CAF enrolment
- Pass pre-enrolment tests including the Canadian Forces Aptitude Test (CFAT), an assessment of aptitudes and suitability for your choice of occupation
- Be 16 years of age to submit an application (with parent/legal guardian consent if you are under 18)
