Provides a variety of health services, including:
- Immunizations
- Communicable Disease Control
- Maternal Child Health
- Sexual Health
- Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program
- First Responder Program.
Eligibility
Members who reside in La Ronge (Kitsaki), Hall Lake, Sucker River, Little Red River, and Grandmother's Bay communities.
