Service Description
Provides personalized social settlement strategies and support services to newcomer families with children of all ages, both in their homes and the community. Family members must be permanent residents of Canada, refugees or other protected persons. Support workers help with:
- Parenting skills
- Child Development
- Community Involvement
- Daily Living Skills
- Reducing Isolation
- Emotional and Physical Well-Being.

Permanent residents of Canada, refugees and other protected persons.
