Service Description
Offers comprehensive services to child amputees and their families. Provides:
- financial assistance for artificial limbs and various recreational devices
- emotional support through programs such as Matching Mothers, regional seminars, and peer support.
Children who are missing multiple limbs may also qualify for enrolment in JUMPSTART.
Eligibility
Canadian children under the age of 18, born missing a limb or limbs or have lost a limb due to an accident or medical causes.
