Service Description
Provides affordable rental housing to individuals and families in select rural and northern Saskatchewan communities. The rent for these units is a fixed amount set by the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation.

Eligibility
Individuals and families are eligible for the program if they: -are legally allowed to be in Canada; -are not temporary visitors to Canada or foreign students. Individuals must be able to live independently. This independence may include support from family, the community, or other agencies.
Application Process
Call 1-800-667-7567 (Regina office) or 1-866-245-5758 (Saskatoon office) to find out if there are units available in/near your community and to obtain an application form. Available in select communities in Saskatchewan.

Fees
Tenants are required to provide a security deposit.
