Service Description
Provides a supported living environment for at-risk male, female and non-binary youth (ages 16 – 18) who are in the care of the Ministry of Social Services (MSS). All program placements are referred through the Ministry of Social Services. Youth receive day-to-day support from a staff member guiding them in their transition to independence outside of care. Offers support with:
- Education System
- Employment Skills
- Assistance with securing meaningful employment
- Life Skills (i.e. decision making, budgeting, cooking, relationships, and personal development).
Eligibility
Male, female and non-binary youth, 16 - 18 years of age, who are in the care of the Ministry of Social Services. All program placements are referred through the Ministry of Social Services.
